Garlicious Grown

Garlicious Grown is Australia’s largest producer of Black Garlic – an oxidised preparation of  garlic using controlled temperature and humidity to produce tarry black cloves with umami flavours of sweet molasses. The multiple award winning Black Garlic may benefit health and wellbeing.  Black Garlic is incredibly rich in flavour and is a versatile gourmet ingredient that can be added to many dishes to give them the WOW factor. It’s full of flavour, but not calories. It’s full of sweetness, but not added sugar. It’s a brilliant addition to the pantry of any gourmet and taste lover. Garlicious Grown Black Garlic is used by some of Australia’s leading chefs and is available in hundreds of domestic retailers nationally. ​At the Harvest Festival they will be selling a range of black garlic cloves, paste, powders, dressing, aioli, caesar dressing.

Cannoli Brothers 

Cannoli is our thing, and we have been at it since 2016, serving our range of cannoli across the Capital Region at the finest producers markets and events. Manufactured by hand in our Fyshwick factory we make all our pastries fresh using best ingredients we can get, our cream fillings use whole white milk, ricotta’s, mascarpone, fresh local eggs and the purest natural and full fruit flavourings available. We have Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy Free and Gluten Intolerant options at all our events

Riverbourne Distillery

Founded in 2015, is a boutique distillery based in Jingera, New South Wales, (just south of Captains Flat). All products are made in completely in house from raw materials sourced in NSW. Head Distiller, Martin Pye, runs a two person show, mashing, fermenting, distilling and ageing his range of boutique whiskies and rums with the utmost attention to detail, while his wife Eileen does the bottling, labelling, paperwork and distribution. Available for sale and tasting will be Single Malt Whisky, Wild Rye Whisky, Peated Whisky, Rum, Special release Rum, Spiced Rum, Apple Brandy, and Gin.

Millpost Merino

create Australian Superfine Merino Yarn. Their products are ethically and regeneratively grown, spun and dyed here in Australia and New Zealand. Millpost is a Permaculture managed property on the Southern Tablelands of NSW since 1979.

Corang Estate

is an award-winning wine producer in the NSW Southern Tablelands with a range of premium cool climate wines. Wines available for the festival include Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Rosé, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Sparkling

From the Paddock

Based in Wamboin, From the Paddock produces organically grown fruits, vegetables and flowers. At the festival they will be selling fruit, vegetable and flowers, as well as preserves, potted plants and seeds for planting.

Village Coffee Roastery

is Bungendore’s local speciality roaster. Ethically sourced, micro-batches of coffee. Sample a cup at Phil’s emporium and Op Shop and grab some fresh roasted beans i to take home. There will be Brazilian Samba, Timor Leste, as well as the Dancer blend, and decaf.

Roogulli Farm 

is a small family farm producing mixed fruit and vegetables and breeding  sheep. specialise in a wide variety of food and farming products and activities. The sustainable landscape design for the Roogulli Farm gardens has won a number of national awards and been featured in magazines and a book. They breed Babydoll Southdown sheep, grow vegetables, research wicking beds , and provide tasty coffee and catering services. For the festival will they will be doing a wicking bed demonstration and discussing the various build methods and maintenance.

Prana Produce

Products are hand made, picked and nurtured. We want to share our passions and the stuff we love with the people we love. Our range is nutritious and healthy, devoid of cheap fillers and nasty additives, ethically sourced and carefully prepared – filled with prana to bring more prana! there’ll be muesli, chai. beeswax wraps, soap, moisturiser bars, bliss balls, and more. Christina will also be doing a bliss ball making demo in the demo tent.

Dewsburys Free Range Pork

are a free range stud, specialising in purebreeding the rare Duroc and Hampshire pigs which in turn produces the highest quality and delicious pork. Their market stall will feature a delicious selection of purebred, free range pork products and they’ll also be cooking up their famous spit pig roast.

Bees R Us

are a husband and wife team who have bees that live a happy life foraging and collecting nectar from the flowers around the forests and farm lands of Braidwood, NSW. They sell honey, bee keeping equipment, beeswax and other products made with honey and beeswax. Their stall will feature Honey, Creamed Honey, Honey Comb, Hand Cream, Face Wash, Lip Balm, Honey and Lemon Cider, Wax Wraps, Soap and Shampoo Bars, Beeswax, Candles, Furniture Polish, Leather Rejuvenater,

Value Life Farm

Value Life Farm will be offering their Ethically Delicious – Beyond Organic – Pasture Raised – Pork, Chicken and Goat for sale at the market. Pack the esky in the car as their offerings are hard to resist. They will also be selling Snag Sangas and Bacon and Egg rolls, which are sure to delight the whole family.

Anthony’s Sauces

We are a Gourmet Artisan producer of hand-made, small batch Chilli Sauces & Condiments, based in the Southern Tablelands of NSW. All our products are Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly with no artificial colours or preservatives. We use the freshest locally sourced and Australian ingredients whenever possible and the best of international products. Our aim is to provide our customers with delicious flavours using chillis as the hero of our sauces where flavour is the most important thing. Enjoy!!!!!!

The Gullies Farm

Three Gullies is a regenerative farm applying holistic grazing and permiculnature principles in their farming practice, and remaining small scale to preserve nature’s needs and culture. Available for sale will be point-of-lay hens and a few roosters, fertile eggs for hatching, paddock tree tube stock, bodycare tallow products, pasture raised eggs and tickets to tour Three Gullies Farm and bottle feed a poddy calf.

Cam Woodturning

Cam is a young Bungendore local making wood-turned items from, sustainably sourced timber. He makes anything from pens to rolling pins to bowls to clocks. At the Festival, Cam will be selling a selection of his handmade timber items such as earrings, pens, bowls, boxes, rolling pins, salt and pepper grinders, clocks, and spinning tops (free for kids 🙂

 

Branch & Burrow

 started producing their own pasture raised meat and eggs to feed their family. Nutritious, great tasting food, slow grown, raised on pasture, with farming practises that aim to rehabilitate and regenerate the landscape. Now they are excited to be able to offer this produce to the local community, straight from their small family farm just out of Braidwood. For Harvest Festival they will be cooking up some tasty ready-to-eat offerings, using their own chicken, lamb and local vegetables.

Mamma Rita’s Farm

is a hobby farm run by Reg and Rita. They believe in growing fruit and vegetables without the use of harmful chemicals and picking fruit tree-ripened. Stall will feature seasonal fruit and vegetables, apple juice bottled and freshly squeezed, apple cider, red and white wine vinegars, jams, preserves, plants, and more.

Bent Shed

Bent Shed Produce aims to bring the flavours of native Australian food to the general Australian kitchen. We do this by growing our own produce and sourcing produce from within the local region, providing a direct incentive to others who may be considering growing produce suited to the local Australian cool climate. Available to buy will be Australian native herbs, spices, fruit and veg in fresh (in season) and dried formats. These come as the pure product, as well as mixed into blends, salts, and sugars.

Panorama Hills

Panorama Hills is a 70 acre Property, with a small lavender farm with hazelnut trees, fruit trees, and Bee Hives. They are in the process of adding another 10 acres of Lavender and  a few cows. They are a family business growing fine lavender and distilling premium oils and hydrosols. With these they are manufacturing high quality products that show case their lovely farm .

Windellama Organics

Windellama Organics are a certified organic farm in the Southern Tablelands growing and making eggs, teas and botanical products. For sale they will have herb products including organic tea & essences, botanical skin & body care, pantry products, wheat bags, room sprays and beeswax wraps.

Flat Out Produce

Flat Out Produce handcrafts unique infused olive oils from local ingredients. Thanks to a wonderful partnership and collaboration with the olive grower Aminya Grove in Captains Flat, we have access to the most wonderful, certified organic extra virgin olive oil as the base of all infusions. Flat Out Produce is also proud to sell Aminya Grove’s extra virgin olive oil under the Olimia Estate label, on behalf of the grower. Flat Out Produce also sells olive tea including blends using a range of herbs and native ingredients. Available at the festival will be Olimia Estate extra virgin olive oil from Aminya Grove; Flat Out Produce infused olive oil, olive teas and dukkah.

Pacawoolly

is a small alpaca stud breeding fine quality alpacas for yarn and value added handmade garments. All yarn is grown and milled locally and available in a myriad of natural colours. Available at the Festival will be a variety of alpaca yarn as well as handmade alpaca yarn and fibre clothing, toys and jewellery. Pacawoolly will also bringing along some furry frieds for you to pat and chat to. Come and experience an alpaca up close.

SHA Community Stall

Southern Harvest Community Stall with Jerrabatt Gully, Me Mow Soaps, Turallo Produce, Braidwood Food Company, Dot’s Jams, Scrumper’s Garden, Nanny G’s Garlic, Guy’s Cross Olive Oil, Tilba Real Dairy, Ningee Bush Foods, Brook Park Organics, Homesoil.

Base Soaps

Base Soaps is a local manufacturer of soap products for hair and body. Based in Bungendore, this husband and wife team will be selling their low impact soap bars, liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner bars, shaving soap and accessories.

Paddock Products

Hailing from just outside of Braidwood, Paddock Products specialise in growing garlic and seasonal vegetables. Available at the market they will have garlic, scape powders and salt, as well as a selection of seasonal vegetables.

Jordan’s Plants

Locally grown, seasonal and adapted to the climate here, Jordan grows a range of vegetable seedlings and potted plants for indoor and out. A regular at our Saturday markets in Bungendore, Jordan also offers a range of fruits and vegetables grown in his own garden in Queanbeyan.

Sly Fox Coffee

Sly Fox Coffee will be sneaking into Bungendore for Harvest Festival Market this year. Come along and grab yourself a foxy cuppa.
